Allianz Real Estate picks up five prestigious industry awards

Allianz Real Estate has won five prestigious industry awards for its real estate investment performance in 2019 from the PERE, Real Estate Capital and Private Debt Investor publications. The awards cover the firm’s performance in both equity and commercial real estate financing.
For the fourth year running, the European debt business, headed by Roland Fuchs, has collected Real Estate Capital’s ‘Insurance Company Lender of the Year – Europe‘ award. The team also won the award for ‘Alternative Lender of the Year – Germany’ and, from Private Debt Investor magazine, they won ‘Real Estate Debt Manager of the Year – Europe’.
On the equity side, Allianz Real Estate’s teams in Asia Pacific and the US, headed respectively by regional CEOs Rushabh Desai and Christoph Donner, won PERE magazine’s awards for ‘Institutional Investor of the Year – Asia’ and ‘Institutional Investor of the Year – North America’.
