François Trausch

Mr. Trausch is the global Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer of PIMCO Prime Real Estate and a Managing Director at PIMCO. He chairs the PIMCO Prime Management Committee, the Management Board, as well as the Equity and Debt Investment Committees where he holds a veto right. Mr. Trausch has over 25 years of experience in the finance and real estate sector. Prior to joining the company in 2016, then named Allianz Real Estate, he was CEO of Asia Pacific for GE Capital Real Estate International, also serving as President & CEO for GE Capital Real Estate Japan. Before that, he worked as a Development Manager for Tishman Speyer Properties in New York and Berlin and as an Associate Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs Group in London. Mr. Trausch has built a strong reputation in the market and is a thought leader in the industry. He is a ULI Global Governing Trustee. Mr. Trausch is a graduate of ESCP in Paris and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
