The property will be let as of November 1, 2016, meaning the company will go back to its roots. These days, Sprinkenhof GmbH is a subsidiary of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. It was set up to manage the Sprinkenhof, which was Europe's largest office building at the time. Now a modern and innovative service provider, the company specializes in all activities connected with commercial real estate. Allianz Real Estate will begin to convert the floor space, preparing it for the future tenants, from August onwards.
