Allianz Real Estate Germany has managed to conclude several leasing contracts in Munich.

Nanion Technologies moves into the Medienfabrik

On May 1, 2017, the Munich-based company Nanion Technologies relocated to the Medienfabrik in Schwantaler Höhe, Munich, where it now occupies 3,400 square meters of office space. The company has thereby concluded a long-term lease for the second-largest office space in the building.

Nanion Technologies GmbH is a provider of innovative measuring instruments for ionic channel examinations involved in the research and analysis of active ingredients for the development of new medication. Nanion was founded in 2002 as a spin-off from the Center for NanoScience (CeNS) of Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. In 2014, Nanion was nominated for the "Deutscher Zukunftspreis" [German Future Prize] presented by the German President for technology developed by it; this technology is available in the form of a chip and allows for the fast and economical analysis of the effects of medication; the company was also awarded the Deutscher Gründerpreis [German Founder's Prize] in 2009.

Celonis leases office space at Theresienstrasse 6-8

Celonis SE will be moving its head office in two steps to its new premises, which boast a total office and service area of 3,070 square meters located at Theresienstrasse 6-8 in Munich. Starting on July 1, 2017, the company will be utilizing 2,025 square meters there, and, as of January 1, 2018, it will take over an additional 1045 square meters which will be freed up. Celonis is the world's leading provider of process mining. The innovative big-data technology makes use of digital trails which are left behind by every IT-supported transaction in a company, and visualizes the actual on-going process chain in real-time. The resulting transparency enables companies in every sector to analyze and optimize their own business processes, and to thus subsequently maximize their efficiency. According to the Deloitte Fast50 Ranking, Celonis is Germany's fastest growing technology company; it has 140 employees and, in addition to its headquarters in Munich, is internationally active with offices in USA and the Netherlands.

Kudlek & Grunert Patentanwälte [patent lawyers] move into Theresienstrasse 6-8

Moreover, Allianz Real Estate Germany has also managed to win over the Munich-based law firm Kudlek & Grunert Patentanwälte Partnerschaft for the third floor of the building at Theresienstrasse 6-8; the said office space will be freed up in the near future. The law firm will be occupying a total of 1,024 square meters of office and service area as of October 1, 2017.

The law firm Kudlek & Grunert Patentanwälte Partnerschaft cooperates as m patent group with the m law group. The cooperation is successfully specialized in offering and rendering one-stop legal and technical advice pertaining to patent law to technology companies.

Both the agreements concluded involve long-term leases. As such, the building is once again fully leased.
