The responsible processor for the processing of your personal information in connection with your relationship to us is PIMCO Prime Real Estate (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., with registered address at Room 7204, Floor 72, No. 479 Lujiazui Circle Road, China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone.

Suppliers and service providers
We work with carefully selected suppliers and service providers that carry out certain functions on our behalf. For example, companies that help us with IT services, storing and combining data, marketing, advertising campaigns, market research and otherwise delivering our products or services.

When they get a search from us, a “footprint” goes on your file which other organizations might see.

We may run more checks with CRAs and FPAs to keep your information and your account up to date. 8. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Where permitted by applicable law or regulation, you have the right to:

access your personal information held about you and to learn more about our rules of processing your personal information;
request correction, supplement or deletion of your personal information. In particular you have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you.
request us to transfer your personal information to a designated third party, if the following conditions are met: (i) the true identity of the requestor can be identified; (ii) the personal information to be transferred was collected based on consent or contract; (iii) the transfer is technically feasible and (iv) the transfer will not infringe the lawful rights and interests of other persons. If your request is repetitive or excessive, we reserve the right to charge necessary costs;
withdraw your consent at any time with effect to the future where your personal information is processed with your consent, i.e. the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, we will promptly delete the relevant data unless there is another legal ground permitting or requiring us to retain and continue processing such data;
file a complaint with us and/or the competent data protection supervisory authority, if you believe we are not processing your personal information in compliance with the applicable data protection law.
