1. WHO IS THE PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSOR?

The responsible processor for the processing of your personal information in connection with your relationship to us is PIMCO Prime Real Estate (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., with registered address at Room 7204, Floor 72, No. 479 Lujiazui Circle Road, China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone.

Where permitted by applicable law or regulation, you have the right to:

  • access your personal information held about you and to learn more about our rules of processing your personal information;
  • request correction, supplement or deletion of your personal information. In particular you have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you.
  • request us to transfer your personal information to a designated third party, if the following conditions are met: (i) the true identity of the requestor can be identified; (ii) the personal information to be transferred was collected based on consent or contract; (iii) the transfer is technically feasible and (iv) the transfer will not infringe the lawful rights and interests of other persons. If your request is repetitive or excessive, we reserve the right to charge necessary costs;
  • withdraw your consent at any time with effect to the future where your personal information is processed with your consent, i.e. the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, we will promptly delete the relevant data unless there is another legal ground permitting or requiring us to retain and continue processing such data;
