The historic property is the result of two post-Haussmanian 19th century buildings merged together. It is located in the heart of the prestigious Golden Triangle in Paris.

The 90-storey building stands 1,296 feet tall and features river-to-river panoramic views, outdoor terraces and a triple-height lobby with an art installation by Jaume Plensa. It has direct access to restaurants and retailers, and a concourse connection to the new No. 7 Subway station.

This acquisition will help the city of Nuremberg reduce the significant supply and demand imbalance for affordable housing. The three assets (completion mid-2023) comprise 331 residential units as well as five commercial units for social amenities such as a Kindergarten.

Corso Italia 23 was born after the second world war as the headquarter of the historical insurance company RAS (Riunione Adriatica di Sicurtà) which, in 2006, combined with Allianz AG to form a new holding company, the Allianz SE Group.

Designed by internationally acclaimed German architect Ole Scheeren, DUO has redefined Singapore’s skyline with its distinctive hexagonal plated towers. Located above the Bugis MRT Interchange station, DUO offers excellent connectivity to the CBD, Marina Bay and other metropolitan areas.

On its completion in 2023, the building will be one of the most hi-tech in Berlin. The acquisition is an equity deal and will be managed by our own asset managers on behalf of a joint venture including a third-party institutional investor.

The redevelopment process will add another 10,000 sqm and include an extension to the building’s existing atrium, creating a wooden hybrid top-up and integrating the EDGE Workspace concept on the ground floor.

We redeveloped a block of outdated buildings into a high-quality asset with highest sustainability and well-being standards in the center of Cologne. Its special feature is the redesign of the inner courtyards to create exclusive apartments in the heart of the city.

Sustainability-linked financing at its best. The Icawood fund specializes in low-carbon-emission developments. The main features will include the visible, high-end wood structure, high air quality, 4,000 sqm of bright interconnected walkways and outdoor spaces with a 2,400 sqm green roof terrace.
