The Skyline Plaza in Frankfurt, jointly owned by Allianz insurance companies and ECE Marketplaces GmbH, is to receive more than EUR35 million for an extensive refurbishment program. Through the revised design and the addition of new tenants and retail offerings, the aim is to reposition the asset for the future and create long-term value for all stakeholders.

PIMCO Prime Real Estate has launched a EUR 40M redevelopment program of several adjoined assets located at the heart of Nueva España neighborhood – Paseo de la Castellana 200-208, Felix Boix 4-8, Doctor Fleming 39-41 and Carlos Maurras 7 – integrating the assets and maintaining the high sustainability standards.66,000 sqm in total, on completion NUGA Castellana will consist of 21,000 sqm of office space and 272 homes for rent, integrated with 4,620 sqm of restaurants and 6,600 sqm of retail, leisure and wellness space. Operators that will be part of NUGA Castellana include MediaMarkt, the offices of Sony, Spaces, CBRE and the Michelin-starred restaurant, Ugo Chan.

PIMCO Prime Real Estate, a leading global real estate investor and manager of the Allianz Group’s $90B+ real estate mandate, is to redevelop its KÖ Galerie mixed-use asset in central Düsseldorf. The firm has appointed German developer Quantum to carry out the refurbishment, which is expected to complete by Q2 2028.

Allianz Real Estate a de nouveau élargi son empreinte logistique européenne avec lacquisition dun portefeuille de trois actifs logistiques de catégorie A dans les pays nordiques par le biais dune transaction de vente et de location à terme avec le leader danois du transport et de la logistique DSV. Deux des actifs, au Danemark et en Suède, ont récemment été achevés par DSV, la construction du bien complémentaire au Danemark devant s’achever au quatrième trimestre de cette année.
