The historic building, obtained HQE Renovation certification – level Good for the "achievement" stage. It is the second historic monument in France to get an HQE Renovation so far, which strengthens the exceptional nature of this operation.

Laennec hospital, former hospice built in 1634, is a set of historic buildings and gardens located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. This 17,000 m2 building complex, property of Allianz since the 2000s, has been renovated to create horizontal campus offices at the best market standards. Kering Group, the tenant, is currently carrying out interior outfitting in order to establish its head office.

The building obtained dual certification BREEAM in-Use – Asset part at "Very good" level and Building Management part at "Excellent" level, respectively reaching scores of 64.1% and 70.3%.

The Heliopolis building joins the 13 other buildings currently certified in operation within the AREF portfolio. Located in the 17th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Pereire subway station, Heliopolis distinguished itself in the waste management (100%), water management (84%) and transportation (83%) categories.

Acquired in 2008 during a building swap operation with Generali, the building develops 6,650 m2 spread over the S-shaped building and organized around a garden and an English courtyard.

The building is 100% leased to several tenants including Yahoo!, Tuillet (audit & consulting) and GCC (construction industry).
