Allianz Real Estate sells group of office buildings to Patrizia

Allianz Real Estate Germany has sold a group of 9 office buildings to one of the institutional funds managed by Patrizia Immobilien AG.

Objects in Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, Munich and Stuttgart are all involved in the transaction.

Sprinkenhof, a building in Hamburg's Kontorhausviertel area, is also on the list. The sales volume amounts to over 400 million Euros. The sale is part of the buy-manage-sell strategy pursued by Allianz Real Estate Germany in its quest to diversify its portfolio in a balanced way. JLL and CMS acted on behalf of the seller.
